The general conditions of sale described below govern the relations contractual between the seller and the user of the web and are the only ones applicable.
Blisscare may promptly modify these general conditions, governing, at all times, those that were in force at the time of place the order and that must have been accepted by the buyer user.
Blisscare is not responsible for mistakes that may be generated by differences between them that may exist in a previous access to the moment in which the or-der is made, so it advises that, before making the same and mark the appropriate acceptance box, they are read.

In any case, the modifications are applicable from their publication in Internet and may not be applied to contracts concluded prior to said moment.

1. How to order

Orders will be made through the web www.blisscare.es and may be sent only to national territory.

Orders through the web will be made through the sales platform online from www.blisscare.es following the instructions detailed in that site.

The user, before sending the order, must accept these general conditions.

2. Payment of the price

All prices published on the web, except omission or transcription error or computer, are valid, and include the corresponding VAT, but not the expenses of transportation and other expenses that may be generated and that, in any case, will be fully known by the buyer in advance of making the payment, so that, in the calculation of the order, its final price will be reflected.

Said prices may, at any time, be freely reviewed and modified by Blisscare. However, the price will be respected if the order had been processed in advance of updating the prices listed on the web.

Blisscare offers you two possible forms of payment: by credit card or via PayPal.

2.1. Payment by credit / debit card

If you choose to pay by card, your order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank.
In this case, you will be asked or required additional information to accept your purchase. In addition, for any order whose amount is greater than one scale set by Blisscare, you will be asked for an identity document and a Proof of address that you must send us by fax or to the email that promptly indicated.

Although this procedure may delay the processing of the order, it is intended to purpose to be able to ensure that the author of the order is really the owner of the card used. This security measure is proof of our willingness to protect our clients against possible fraud or theft.

2.2. PayPal

PayPal, the trusted leader in Internet payments, allows buyers and businesses send and receive money online. PayPal helps protect information of credit cards with the best security and prevention systems industry fraud. When using PayPal, financial information is never share with the seller.

2.3. Direct bank transfer

Make your payment directly to our bank account. Please use the order reference as payment reference. The order will not be shipped until that the full amount has been received in our account.

3. Processing of orders:

Once the order has been placed and the amount paid, you will receive an email of confirmation, within a maximum period of 24 hours, in which the product availabili-ty and delivery time.

If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we promise to send you an email as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) to inform you of the period in which we can send you your products or, where appropriate, the inability to send them.
In the event that, for production circumstances, it is not possible to send you the requested item, or if you cannot wait for the delivery date that is communicated to you, you will be will offer the possibility of exchanging the ordered products or the return of amounts paid for said items, a refund that will be made in a maximum term of 30 days.

If only one of the products in your order is not available, you can choose for partially receiving the order and proposing the rest of the shipment to the date on the that is available. Orders are normally delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
For Peninsula, orders requested from Thursday to Sunday will be delivered to starting Tuesday of the following week. For logistical and tariff reasons the wee-kends and Mondays no deliveries are made.

In case of delay in delivery, you can contact Blisscare by any of the indicated communication channels.

The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time of that the purchase was made, through a transport company.

It is convenient, at the time of delivery, for the customer to verify that all is satisfied with your order and in perfect condition. If i didn’t agree with the delivered items or their status, sign and indicate by hand on the delivery note of the carrier the anomalies found when receiving it.


The client can only claim if:

The products received do not correspond to the orders, with the exceptions indicated, regarding the possibility of receiving partial orders in the event that any of the ordered products is not in stock (in the event that the product that ap-pears on the delivery note does not correspond to the product actually contained in the shipment, it must be communicated to the carrier, making state said circumstance on the delivery note itself);

The packaging is seriously damaged affecting the quality of the product (in this

The products are in poor condition at the time of receipt.
In this case, you must send your claim to Blisscare on the same day that
has received the order.

Taking into account the perishable nature of the products marketed by Blisscare, it is very important that any claim in relation to the product purchased is processed as quickly as possible.

In the case of at least one of the cases described above and provided that the client has communicated it to Blisscare on the same day of the reception and, in the cases indicated, has made it appear on the delivery note delivery, the custo-mer will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid, including taxes and ship-ping costs. To this end, and where appropriate, the order must be returned in its original packaging.

The refund of the amount will be made once verified by Blisscare the alleged de-fect, within a maximum period of 30 days. In the event that the products, once returned, they were in good condition, they will not be returned to the custo-mer the amount of the order and it may be reissued, provided that the client re-quests it and pay the shipping costs again. In the case that only part of the pro-ducts are defective, only the part of the price corresponding to that product, but not shipping costs, which, in any case, are fixed.

If the shipment is rejected by the customer, or he does not pick it up, without just cause, Blisscare will be exempt from liability for the deterioration that the product may suffer as a consequence of said lack of reception, not being obliged to return any amount.
